Recipe Dantxari Potatoes with Cod
Recommended recipe for Good Friday Potato Stew with Cod
- 500 grams of potatoes
- 300 grams of desalted cod
- 300 grams of onions
- 1 Italian green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1/2 glass of brandy
- 2 laurel leaves
- 1 1/2 liters of fish stock
1.- Chop the garlic, onion and green pepper and fry them, adding the two bay leaves
2.- Add the potatoes and cut them in a cachet so that the starch is lucky
3.- Water them with the 1/2 glass of brandy and add the fish stock.
4.- Cook for 20 minutes
5.- When they are about five minutes from cooking, add the cod in pieces and let them cook for another 4 or 5 minutes.
